Georgia Woman Thanks Police Officer for Giving Her a Speeding Ticket

I would post this link to my blog because it is a unique situation in which most people are angry when they receive speeding tickets.  The woman in this article thanks an officer for giving her one, displaying a reaction that opposes human nature.
